Educational Trust

Since 2008, the WPN through the Educational Trust has awarded over 180 bursaries to previously disadvantaged female students studying towards a property related degree or diploma. As one of the WPN's major initiatives, the Educational Trust would seek to continue awarding bursaries.

The WPN Educational Trust has been established to:

Identify worthy candidates for educational sponsorship of property degrees
Introduce these young candidates to WPN
Develop a pool of young blood into the industry

REGISTRATION OF INTEREST for 2026 Bursary

Through our Educational Trust, WPN strives to offer bursaries to previously disadvantaged female students studying towards a property related degree or diploma.

We also offer bursaries to women already active in the commercial and industrial property industry but looking to further their studies.

Should you wish to make application and be considered for a bursary (tuition fees only) in 2026, complete the submission of interest form below.
NOTE: Submission of interest does NOT constitute a bursary application and criteria and application documentation will only be emailed to:
Female South African citizens
A female student that is going into her 2nd or onward year of study i.e. no 1st year applications
A female student studying towards a property related degree or diploma only
A female student whom is studying / has made application to study at a recognized tertiary institution.
