Mentorship
It is very evident that there are very few senior women in our industry encouraging young women to enter our industry and to assist identified encumbants to fast track their personal development and careers. We have therefore embarked upon a Mentorship Programme
(pilot and launch in Gauteng in March 2009 and in Cape Town and Durban
in October 2009) which aims to empower and affirm our own members by
mentorship by senior members (male and female) of the commercial
property industry.
A mentorship framework is being established to implement this initiative successfully.
The mentorship program aims to:

Identify and monitor suitable mentees |

Expose mentees to senior leaders in our property sector |

Empower our members to be their best |
The need for mentors on a programme such as this is vital to
